Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Hospitality Manager for Nottingham Forest Football Club for the 2026/27 season. You will lead a team, ensure rooms are prepared, and deliver outstanding guest experiences on matchdays and non-match days.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, a proactive approach, and excellent communication. This casual role offers flexibility for matchday schedules and a dynamic environment at the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, bar or catering venue.
• Team leadership and staff management skills.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure allocated Hospitality room is set prior to guests arriving.
• Delivering exceptional service to our guests and managing staff.
• Always adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
• Opening/closing procedures of your allocated Hospitality area.
• Adhering to Licensing Laws alongside company policies.
• Leading and motivating a team to provide great guest experiences.
