Job summary

Zero Procure, part of Foodbuy Group, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the UK's hospitality sector. You will own the complete sales journey—from identifying prospects and initiating conversations to presenting proposals, negotiating agreements and onboarding new clients.

You will build relationships with owners and senior leaders, tailor procurement solutions, and deliver compelling pitches that demonstrate genuine value and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or B2B sales.
• Experience selling services within hospitality, procurement, or foodservice.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
