Qualifications

• Diploma or degree preferred, or 2+ years in hospitality.
• Strong administrative, organization, and technical skills required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and respond to inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Assist with proposals, contracts, and rate loading in the PMS.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and site visits for clients.
• Prepare reports, invoices, and information packets for clients.
• Maintain schedules and travel arrangements for sales managers.
• Support groups & events inbox and distribute relevant information.
