Job summary

The Londoner is recruiting an Events and Groups Sales Co-ordinator to join the team in London. The role provides critical administration support to the Events and Groups team, coordinating communications, sales processes, and event logistics.

You will assist sales managers with leads, respond to client enquiries, and prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in 4- or 5-star hotels.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external communications, assist with sales processes and manage event logistics.
• Assist sales managers with distribution of sales leads.
• Respond to client enquiries and help prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders.
• Ensure client records are up to date in the hotel CRM system.
• Support site inspections, client walkthroughs and fam trips; follow up for feedback.
• Manage all internal bookings.
