Job summary

The Ickworth, part of Luxury Family Hotels, is seeking a Guest Experience Host to lead hotel operations on shift and deliver bespoke guest service. You will own the guest journey from arrival through departure, drive sales opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

The role requires transitioning across Rooms and F&B during peak periods, with real-time decision making and cross-department collaboration. A luxury hospitality background is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Senior departmental leadership experience or ready to step up to Assistant Head
• Strong record of team leadership and delivering operational performance
• Broad experience across Rooms and Food & Beverage
• Confident leading busy services with full accountability

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations across a shift

• Maintain service standards during peak periods
• Make real-time decisions and resolve issues
