Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Hospitality Coordinator in Hartpury to join our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coordinate bookings, liaise with clients, and support the planning and delivery of meetings, conferences and events across the site.

Ideal candidates will have hospitality or customer service experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, events, catering, or customer service.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with great attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Experience coordinating events or hospitality services would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hospitality and catering bookings across the site.
• Act as the key point of contact for hospitality enquiries and event requests.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure expectations are met.
• Support the planning and delivery of meetings, conferences, functions, and special events.
• Work closely with catering and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor hospitality standards and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist with administrative duties, including booking systems, reporting and record keeping.
• Support stock control, ordering, and invoicing processes where required.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
