Job summary

FiND is seeking a Hospitality End Point Assessor (EPA) to join its training network. This home-based role involves travel around the South Coast, London and nearby areas, visiting sites to assess learners face to face.

No prior teaching experience is required; training will be provided. Candidates should have leadership experience in Front of House or Back of House in the hospitality sector and must drive with their own vehicle.

• Willing to travel across South Coast & London; must drive and have own vehicle.

• Work with Hospitality apprentices in the Food & Beverage Environment.
• Train the next generation of Chef's, Food & Beverage Managers & Housekeeping Leads.
• Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs.
• Support apprentices with their functional skills; explaining how English and maths are important in their role.
• Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices' skills.
• Develop relationships with employers in your area.

Role: Hospitality EPA

Experience Required: No prior teaching/training experience is needed, our client will provide you with all the tools and support needed to become a qualified End Point Assessor . You do need to have prior experience working in Front of House & Back of House at Leadership level.

Location: home based with travel around the South Coast & London & surrounding areas (candidates must drive and have their own vehicle)

Salary: Starting salary of £29,500 + additional benefits

The Role
As an a Hospitality EPA you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also get the chance to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face to face. It's a balanced mix! You'll typically spend around 2-3 days per week at these sites, and here's the best part: you'll have the freedom to arrange your own work schedule.
Here's what your daily duties will look like:

• Work with Hospitality apprentices in the Food & Beverage Environment.
• Use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of Chef's, Food & Beverage Managers & Housekeeping Leads.
