KM Recruitment is seeking a Hospitality Assessor / EPA (Trainee or Qualified) for a home/field based role with travel across the UK. Salary £28,200 - £31,300, plus holiday entitlement, mileage and pension. Full time, permanent position.

Candidates should have held a Food & Beverage/Management role in a hotel and have front office/housekeeping exposure. IT literacy and a full driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Solid occupational competency within Food and Beverage/Management (Front of House) in a Hotel setting.
• Hands-on experience in various hotel departments (Reception, Front Office, Housekeeping).
• IT literacy; training will be provided on company systems.

Responsibilities

• Complete End Point Assessment activities, both face to face and electronically, with Apprentices.
• Schedule EPA activities, marking, grading, and regular planning meetings with candidates and employers.
• Maintain CPD and knowledge of EPA, Apprenticeship Standards.

Candidates must have worked within a Hotel as a Food and Beverage Team Leader, Deputy OR Manager (or similar such as Hotel Manager etc), along with having experience of working within the Hotel front office, reception, housekeeping – This is experience is essential

£28,200 - £31,300 (Inclusive of location uplift dependent on candidate postcode and dependent on skills/experience)

Essential Criteria:

• Must hold solid, occupational competency within Food and Beverage / Management (Front of House) within a Hotel setting.
• Must have hands‑on experience within various departments within a Hotel setting, such as; Reception, Front Office and Housekeeping.
• Must be IT Literate – training will be provided on company systems.
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.
• Must be flexible with travel.

Duties:

• As an End Point Assessor, you will responsible for completing a range of EPAactivities, both face to face and electronically,with Apprentices completing HospitalityApprenticeship Standards. These EPA activitiesinclude: to carry out End Point Assessment, scheduling of EPAactivities, marking,grading and regular planningmeetings with candidates and employers.
• Complete all necessary administration, ensuring that all data is processed and supplied in a timely manner.
• Maintain a working knowledge of EPA, your vocational area, Apprenticeship Standards and evidence ofCPD.
• Participate in standardisation and training activities.
• Provide assistance to Apprentices, Employers or Delivery Teams, assisting with queries in a timely manner.
