Job summary

FIND is representing a leading training and apprenticeship provider in Hospitality. The role is Hospitality End Point Assessor (EPA) with home-based work and UK travel across the South Coast and London regions.

You will typically spend 2–3 days per week visiting sites and can arrange your own schedule. No prior teaching experience is required as training is provided, but leadership experience in Front of House and Back of House roles is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership roles (FOH/BOH) required.
• No prior teaching/training experience needed; training provided by client.
• Own transport and willing to travel across regions.

Responsibilities

• Train hospitality apprentices in the Food & Beverage environment.
• Meet apprentices and assess learning needs.
• Support apprentices with English and maths as part of their skills.
• Visit employers and provide feedback on apprentice skills.
• Develop relationships with local employers.

FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We're representing one of the leading training & apprenticeship providers in the Hospitality Sector.
Role: Hospitality EPA
Experience Required: No prior teaching/training experience is needed, our client will provide you with all the tools and support needed to become a qualified End Point Assessor . You do need to have prior experience working in Front of House & Back of House at Leadership level.
Location: home based with travel around the South Coast & London & surrounding areas (candidates must drive and have their own vehicle)
Salary: Starting salary of £29,500 + additional benefits
The Role
As an a Hospitality EPA you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also get the chance to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face to face. It's a balanced mix! You'll typically spend around 2-3 days per week at these sites, and here's the best part: you'll have the freedom to arrange your own work schedule.
Here's what your daily duties will look like:

• Work with Hospitality apprentices in the Food & Beverage Environment.
• Use your industry knowledge to train the next generation of Chef's, Food & Beverage Managers & Housekeeping Leads.
• Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs.
• Support your apprentices with their functional skills. Explaining how English and maths are important in their role.
• Visit employers and provide feedback on their apprentices' skills.
• Develop relationships with employers in your area.
