Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a Hospitality EPA for a home-based role with travel across the South Coast and London regions. You will meet apprentices at sites, empowering them with knowledge as you guide their learning journey. You’ll manage 2-3 site visits weekly while shaping your own flexible schedule.

No prior teaching experience is required as training and support are provided; leadership experience in FOH/BOH is essential. Competitive salary and travel benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• No prior teaching/training experience is required; client will provide tools and support to become an End Point Assessor.
• Prior experience in Front of House and Back of House at Leadership level is required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Hospitality apprentices in the Food & Beverage Environment.
• Apply industry knowledge to train the next generation of Chef's, Food & Beverage Managers & Housekeeping Leads.
• Meet new apprentices and discuss their learning needs.
• Support apprentices with their functional skills, explaining the importance of English and maths in their role.
• Visit employers and provide feedback on apprentices' skills.
• Develop relationships with employers in your area.
