Job summary

Find Recruitment Group LTD is seeking a Hospitality EPA for a home-based role with travel across the South Coast and London regions. You will meet apprentices at sites, empowering them with knowledge as you guide their learning journey. You’ll manage 2-3 site visits weekly while shaping your own flexible schedule.

No prior teaching experience is required as training and support are provided; leadership experience in FOH/BOH is essential. Competitive salary and travel benefits accompany the role.

• Develop relationships with employers in your area.

Experience Required

No prior teaching/training experience is needed, our client will provide you with all the tools and support needed to become a qualified End Point Assessor . You do need to have prior experience working in Front of House & Back of House at Leadership level.

Location

home based with travel around the South Coast & London & surrounding areas (candidates must drive and have their own vehicle)

Salary

Starting salary of £29,500 + additional benefits

The Role

As an a Hospitality EPA you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home and also get the chance to hit the road and visit different sites within your region to meet your learners face to face. It's a balanced mix! You'll typically spend around 2-3 days per week at these sites, and here's the best part: you'll have the freedom to arrange your own work schedule.
