leaf HOSPITALITY is seeking a Cluster Financial Controller to provide financial leadership across a portfolio of hotels. You will drive reporting, controls and business insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.

Working closely with General Managers and shared services, you will shape budgets, forecasts and financial plans, ensuring accuracy and governance across the group.

Qualifications

• As senior finance leader, you will shape financial strategy and reporting.
• Proven experience in hospitality or multi-site environments.
• Experience producing management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with operational teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial reporting and control processes across multiple hotels
• Produce accurate management accounts, forecasts and financial reports
• Support budgeting and business planning activities
• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and company requirements
• Maintain strong financial controls and governance processes
• Support General Managers and department leaders with financial insight and decision-making
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and cash management processes
• Manage audits and liaise with external stakeholders where required
• Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, efficiency and profitability
