Job summary

Shake Shack in London is seeking a positive Hospitality Champion to lead front-of-house service with warmth and energy. You will set the tone for guest experiences, coaching teammates and resolving issues to ensure consistently high hospitality standards.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership during busy shifts, guest engagement, and collaboration with leadership to train and motivate the team. Competitive hourly pay and staff benefits are offered.

• Lead by example on the floor, coaching and inspiring the team to elevate every moment of the guest journey
• Jump in wherever needed—greeting guests, resolving issues, celebrating great service in the moment
• Collaborate with leaders to champion training, team development, and consistent hospitality standards
• Keep a pulse on the Shack atmosphere: Is the vibe right? Is the music pumping? Are our guests smiling? You’ll know.
• Spark team motivation and build camaraderie—after all, hospitality starts with how we treat one another
