Bite Talent is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help lead a fast-paced restaurant environment in the UK. You will support daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a premium burger brand setting.

You will oversee health and safety, stock management, and cost control while stepping in to lead shifts and collaborate with the management team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or management role within hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident problem-solver with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
• Food Safety Level 2 certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Right to work in the UK.
