Job summary

Shake Shack is hiring a Team Member in London to join a vibrant hospitality team. You will learn and grow through comprehensive training across all operating areas, with opportunities to progress toward trainer roles as you gain skills and responsibility.

The role offers part-time hours with the potential for increased responsibilities and pay as you develop in a fast-paced setting focused on hospitality excellence.

Our Benefits Include:

• Competitive hourly pay aligned to age-based rates:

• £9.00 per hour for Team Members under 18


• £11.85 per hour for Team Members aged 18-20


• £12.71 per hour for Team Members aged 21 and over (National Living Wage)

On successful completion of training across four certifications, the hourly rate increases by 50p per hour
