Responsibilities

• Monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guest and clearing throughout the event
• Ensuring clean furniture, dining tables and chairs are available and presentation is at the forefront
• Prepare hospitality food and beverage requests in designated meeting spaces
• Work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks
• Serve guests with the highest level of customer service with speed and a smile
• Work on licensed bars serving alcoholic beverages
• Operate coffee machines
• Assist with ordering and deliveries as required
• Prepare hospitality requirements and report shortages to line manager
• Ensure linen and equipment are counted and packed away after events
• Keep hospitality rooms clean and tidy
• Provide 5*-level fine dining experience for all guests
