Job summary

Radius in Crewe is seeking a part-time Hospitality Assistant to support the café team with food preparation, serving customers, and delivering exceptional service. You will help run daily operations, follow food hygiene procedures, and gain training while covering the manager in their absence.

The role is based at our Crewe offices, Monday–Friday, 27 hours per week, with training provided and opportunities for career progression within Radius.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience required.
• Stock control experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and serving food to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain cleanliness.
• Support daily running of the café and health & safety procedures.
• Learn and cover manager duties when needed.

Job Description

A part-time opportunity (27 hours per week) has become available within the hospitality department. You will be primarily responsible for assisting the Manager and other team members in preparing and serving food whilst delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

This role will also be responsible for the daily health and safety of the café and following the food hygiene procedures.

The successful candidate will be given full training and will gain experience managing the site in the Manager's absence. We would love to welcome you to our Crewe offices, working Monday – Friday. You’ll report into our Hospitality Manager.

• Following food hygiene procedures and being responsible for health and safety
