Working across departments including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Wellbeing & Lifestyle, our Hospitality Assistants provide first-class service to deliver exceptional experiences for our residents and go the extra mile.

Your role at Signature

Our Hospitality Assistants are responsible for maintaining the non-clinical areas of our home, including delivering exceptional dining experiences and ensuring a luxurious environment.

Responsibilities vary per shift depending on the department supported:

1. Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness in residents’ homes and communal areas. Also, manage laundry services to keep residents’ clothing and the home’s laundry clean.
2. Food & Beverage: Welcome residents, explain menu choices clearly, serve food, and keep the dining area clean. Reset tables, tidy work areas, and prepare the service areas for the next shift.
3. Assist in organizing and delivering activities, including group events like the summer fete, and support outside activities such as shopping, GP appointments, and outings.

• Shift times: F&B - 06:30-14:00 and 12:15-20:15
