The role of a Hospitality Assistant at Kings Lodge Nursing Home involves providing high-quality hospitality services to the residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. The home is a 77-bed residential, nursing, and dementia care facility rated 'Good' by the CQC and with a 9.9 rating on Carehome.co.uk. The successful candidate will be a fast learner with a passion for hospitality and a growth mindset, eager to contribute to the diverse and inclusive team at Aria Care.

Main duties of the job

As a Hospitality Assistant, you will be responsible for a range of hospitality duties, such as serving meals, maintaining the dining area, and assisting with other hospitality-related tasks. You will work closely with the wider care team to ensure a high level of service and a comfortable environment for the residents.
