Job summary

CoStar Group, London-based STR unit, is seeking a data-driven Analyst to support international forecasting and hotel performance analysis. You will join a global forecast team delivering quarterly projections and narrative context.

The role requires strong Excel, Power BI and SQL skills, customer-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple time zones while delivering rigorous insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum two years of related work experience.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SSMS preferred.
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Analytical and research skills for data interpretation and visualization.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of forecasts and market analyses outside North America.
• Develop forecasting methodology capturing regional macro trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on market conditions.
• Translate data into compelling hotel performance narratives.
• Communicate trends and forecast assumptions to clients and colleagues.
