Job summary

CoStar Group, based in London, seeks a London-based Analyst to support international forecasting efforts and deliver quarterly hotel performance forecasts with actionable narratives. You will be part of a global forecast team producing forecasts and insights for clients worldwide.

The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in MS Office, Power BI, and data visualization, and the ability to present to clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum two years of related work experience.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with Power BI and SSMS preferred.
• Analytical and research skills with ability to analyze, interpret, visualize data.
• Excellent client-facing presentation skills.
• Ability to work across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing STR's Market Forecasts outside North America.
• Develop forecasting methodology for regional macro trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners; conduct market research.
• Create data-driven narratives and visualize data for clients.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through robust reviews.
• Present trends and insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute analyses to blogs, articles, and white papers.
• Maintain proactive communication with Product and global analysts.
• Stay updated on hotel industry trends.
