Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a motivated Reception Supervisor to lead the busy hospital reception team. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5pm, with a one-hour lunch break.

You will oversee daily operations, supported by the Reception Manager, ensuring patients, visitors and staff receive a professional, efficient and compassionate service. The post offers a range of staff benefits including NHS pension, development opportunities, access to onsite nurseries and staff

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital reception or customer service.
