Job summary

Equans is seeking an M&E Craftsperson to join our Hard FM team at Central Middlesex Hospital, London. This is a full‑time, permanent role based at Ealing.

You will maintain M&E systems and building fabric, carry out planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across site operations. Qualifications

Experience with planned, reactive and proactive M&E maintenance.
Skilled in plumbing, water systems and building fabric repairs.
Ability to perform PAT/EML testing safely and accurately.
Willing to undertake water hygiene and legionella-related training.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned, reactive and proactive maintenance across M&E and building fabric.
Maintain water systems and support water hygiene compliance.
Complete first-time fixes, minor installations and PAT/EML testing.
Keep accurate records and update CAFM logs and PDA entries.
