Job summary

Equans is seeking an M&E Technician with an electrical bias to join our team at West Middlesex University Hospital in London. This full-time, permanent role includes participation in an on-call rota and offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role involves planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, gas and related equipment, with duties including breakdown response and PAT testing. A competitive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining electrical systems and plant equipment.
• Knowledge of HVAC, gas, medical gas, steam, catering equipment.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rota and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and associated equipment.
• Carry out repairs, refurbishment, new works and backlog maintenance tasks.
• Maintain HVAC, gas, medical gas, steam, catering and plant room equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns, complete PAT testing and follow safety/compliance requirements.
