Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking an M&E Operative to join the team at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford on a permanent, full-time basis. You will maintain and repair M&E plant across the site, working solo or in teams and supporting refurbishment works.

Qualifications

• Building/Trade background required.
• Maintenance experience required.
• Facilities management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/repair M&E plant and equipment across the site.
• Operate and maintain M&E systems and associated plant/equipment.
• Carry out regular emergency lighting inspections and repairs.
• Carry out weekly fire alarm testing and maintain building fittings.
• Respond promptly to plant breakdowns and attend training as needed.
