Job summary

EQUANS is recruiting an M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical maintenance at University of West London campuses. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 24-hour on-call rota. A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package are offered.

You will supervise M&E, fabric and grounds services, ensure safe completion of works, and monitor KPIs, CAFM records and contractor performance while liaising with university and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical and electrical maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of building services, maintenance practices and safety standards.
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour teams.
• Ability to communicate with clients and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of mechanical, electrical, fabric and grounds maintenance services.
• Ensure preventive, reactive maintenance and small works are completed safely and effectively.
• Monitor service quality, CAFM records, KPIs and contractor performance.
• Lead emergency responses and coordinate with university stakeholders.
