Job summary

Confidential is seeking a proactive Hospital Engagement Co-ordinator for our Southampton hospital hub. You will engage with donors, visitors, patients and NHS staff, supporting fundraising campaigns and ensuring a positive donor journey.

You will collaborate with the marketing, events and grants teams to promote initiatives, manage the welcome desk, and help deliver a high-quality supporter experience within a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrable experience working with the public in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with patients and staff in a hospital setting.
• Experience of charity or health-sector environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the hospital engagement hub, including welcome desk and handling emails/phone calls.
• Ensure donation processing and on-site admin duties are carried out efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions in the CRM to improve donor experience.
