Job summary

Sheffield Hospitals Charity is seeking an organised and people-focused Individual Giving & Supporter Care Officer to support the delivery of individual giving campaigns and provide exceptional care to supporters. You will work closely with the Individual Giving & Lottery Manager to deliver fundraising campaigns, coordinate supporter journeys and nurture lasting relationships with donors in Sheffield.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organised with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in customer service, supporter care, fundraising or campaign delivery.
Comfortable working with data and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate individual giving campaigns across direct mail, email and digital channels.
Provide excellent supporter care through phone, email and in-person communications.
Deliver supporter stewardship activities, including thank-you and recognition communications.
Support in-memory giving, legacy communications and lottery activity.
Maintain accurate supporter records and campaign data.
Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
