Arrowe Park Hospital's Facilities Department is recruiting several Hotel Services Co-ordinators to supervise daily domestic services staff. The role focuses on ensuring cleanliness meets the National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021 and the Trust's infection prevention guidelines.

Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not required; NVQ Level 3 in cleaning or equivalent is required. The successful candidates will join a team committed to safe, patient-centred service delivery.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and supervise daily domestic services staff to ensure standards.
• Ensure cleanliness aligns with National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness 2021.
• Check timekeeping, duties and standards for staff.
• Confirm attendance, arrange cover for absences, and manage rotas.
• Record overtime and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Raise requisitions for defects and monitor repairs.
• Communicate with wards and Hotel Services managers to maintain service.
• Train and assess new recruits and check documentation.
