Aramark UK is seeking a Catering Manager to oversee all catering operations at Highbury Hospital, delivering high-quality, nutritious, and innovative food experiences for patients, staff, visitors and guests.

You will lead a dedicated team, manage budgets and supplier relationships, ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations, and drive service excellence and patient wellbeing initiatives while supporting sustainability and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven catering management experience in high-volume settings.
• Qualifications in food safety with willingness to advance to level 4.
