Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Support Manager to oversee Education & Healthcare contracts across the North and Northwest London region, leading multi-site catering operations and ensuring high standards of service and food safety.

You will partner with site teams, clients and senior leaders to drive compliance, financial performance and customer satisfaction across locations, in a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site catering, food service, hospitality, or retail operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasts and cost controls.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support catering operations across North and Northwest London, ensuring high-quality food and hygiene.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with stakeholders to drive satisfaction and growth.
• Monitor financial performance: budgets, forecasts, P&L, cost controls and targets.
• Provide leadership and development to site managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark policies, food safety and client standards through audits.
