Zusammenfassung

Aramark UK is seeking an experienced Support Manager to oversee a portfolio of Education & Healthcare catering contracts across North and Northwest London. You will lead multiple site operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive financial performance while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing multi-site catering, food service, hospitality, or retail operations with responsibility for operational and financial performance.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecast P&L performance.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills with experience coaching and developing management teams.
• Sound knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation, including Food Hygiene Level 3 or equivalent.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities across multiple sites.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support multiple catering operations across the North and Northwest London region, ensuring high-quality food, service, and hygiene standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and drive satisfaction and growth opportunities.
• Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, P&L, cost controls, and targets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to site managers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark policies, food safety, health and safety standards, and client requirements through audits.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management in partnership with HR.
• Produce and present management information and performance updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement to maximise efficiency, service quality, and commercial performance.
