SWFT Clinical Services Ltd operates Cafe Lomas at Stratford Hospital, delivering high-quality food service to patients, staff and visitors. The role involves preparing and serving food and beverages, cash handling, stock control and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and dining areas.

You may also support patient feeding and domestic tasks as needed. The post requires friendly, proactive team players with good communication, HACCP awareness, knowledge of allergens and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience face to face and via the telephone.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve food and beverages for patients, visitors and staff in the Cafe Lomas.
• Cash handling using EPOS till and card machine, ordering and receiving supplies and retail stock.
• Follow HACCP monitoring and cleaning schedules to ensure a safe kitchen and front of house.
• Maintain stock rotation and security of stock.
• Assist with patient feeding and domestic tasks as required.
• Oversee volunteers and report injuries or incidents to the Cafe Lomas Coordinator.
• Deal with allergens and special dietary requirements and communicate them clearly.
