Qualifications

• Customer service experience face to face and via the telephone.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a team.
• Experience with data recording and audit trails is useful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cafe items and assist with food preparation.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling using EPOS.
• Maintain HACCP and cleaning schedules; ensure hygiene and safety.
• Oversee volunteers and support the Cafe Lomas Coordinator.
