Job summary

St. Vincent's Hospice is seeking a versatile administrator and customer service focused role to support fundraising and retail activities.

You will coordinate reception volunteer rotas, process donations, maintain supporter records and prepare acknowledgements, ensuring enquiries are handled promptly and professionally. You will arrange bookings for bucket collections, talks and collecting cans, work with the Fundraiser, handle Gift Aid administration, loyalty cards and pop-up shop arrangements,

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Clear, friendly, professional communication.
• Experience with events or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organise bookings, records, rotas and follow-up actions.
• Process donation information and maintain supporter records.
• Prepare acknowledgements and respond to enquiries promptly.
• Coordinate bucket collections, talks and collecting cans with the Fundraiser.
• Assist Gift Aid, loyalty cards and pop-up shop arrangements.
• Provide day-to-day practical support to volunteers and induction/training.
