Job summary

St. Vincent's Hospice in Howwood is seeking a proactive Fundraiser to grow support and income generation.

This hands-on role focuses on meeting people, delivering talks, and turning conversations into practical support within local communities. You will build relationships with businesses, schools and groups, organise visits and events, and help with bucket collections while reporting to the Fundraising Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising, sales, customer engagement, or community activity.
• Ability to build positive relationships and explain opportunities.
• Organise visits, activities and follow-up, and take initiative toward objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, groups and individuals for fundraising activities.
• Deliver talks and develop collecting-can host relationships and bucket collection support.
• Coordinate community visits and campaigns, with clear records of opportunities and follow-ups.
