Job summary

St Barnabas Hospices is seeking a Shop Assistant to support the Retail Manager in running the shop on a day-to-day basis, delivering excellent customer service and helping maximise income from donated and new goods.

You will help promote the hospice in the community, coordinate volunteers and rotations, and contribute to recruitment, induction and development of volunteers. This role is essential to sustaining our charitable services across Sussex.
