St Francis Hospice is seeking a friendly, organised Front of House Receptionist to be the warm face and clear voice on Thursday mornings. You will welcome visitors, answer calls, and help keep the reception running smoothly for patients, families, staff and supporters.

As the first point of contact, you’ll greet people, sign for deliveries, take messages, check daily diaries, and direct visitors to the IPU or the right team.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills and a helpful, approachable manner.
• Well-presented appearance and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer telephone enquiries and relay messages.
• Sign for deliveries and manage small payments for Hospice shop items.
• Check daily diaries at start of shift to keep schedules up to date.
