Royal Trinity Hospice is seeking a friendly and highly organised Bank Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. You will welcome visitors, answer calls and coordinate communications across departments in a compassionate hospice setting.

The role offers predominantly evening and weekend shifts. You will work under the HR Database & Reception Manager, providing a professional, efficient and empathetic service to patients, families and staff while maintaining a secure and welcoming environment.

• Excellent communication with patients, visitors and staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy in a hospice environment.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible in shift patterns.

• Greet visitors and direct them as needed while ensuring security considerations are followed.
