Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Sales & Marketing professional to support reservations, exchanges and completions across our new-build homes. You will work closely with Sales Directors and managers to drive successful customer journeys from inquiry to handover.

The role covers liaising with solicitors, NHMAs, and third parties; managing documentation, reporting, and compliance; and ensuring customers are informed and supported throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with sales IT systems or legal/estate agency background preferred.
• Professional, pleasant manner with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team with good workload management.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations and support sales teams to exchanges and completions.
• Proactively report issues to Sales Directors and Managers to avoid cancellations.
• Manage overdue contracts and exchanges to minimise risk.
• Communicate potential risks to overcome completion delays.
• Highlight trends in cancellation rates for action.
• Attend key meetings and compile required business reports.
• Liaise with third parties (solicitors, NHMAs, housing associations).
• Ensure customer communications are clear and aligned with policy.
