Job summary

Greenacre Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Homeownership Services Officer in London. You will manage leasehold and shared ownership transactions, coordinating with solicitors, surveyors, lenders and managing agents to ensure timely progress.

You’ll support compliance with the Building Safety Act and handle sensitive information across cases, striving for high-quality customer service and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasehold or shared ownership services is required.
• Ability to manage multiple property transactions and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with residents and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage resales and staircasing transactions from application to completion.
• Process remortgage applications and related enquiries.
• Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, lenders and agents to progress transactions.
• Ensure documentation meets lease requirements and legislation.
• Support Building Safety Act compliance for higher-risk buildings.
• Maintain accurate case records on SharePoint and Dynamics.
