Job summary

You should have experience with housing associations or housing developers in customer service, logging defects, coordinating engineers, handling complaints, and reporting to the customer service manager.

• Updating the CRM system logging defects or closing them down
• Complaint management
• Booking in engineers to carry out work in the propertys
• Logging issues & escalating them to the management team
• Working closely with the customer service team
• Reporting in the customer service manager
