Qualifications

• Experience in housing associations or housing developers in a customer service role.
• Ability to manage defects and customer queries with professionalism.
• Proven skills in coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Being the main point of contact for the home owners.
• Updating the CRM system logging defects or closing them down.
• Complaint management.
• Booking in engineers to carry out work in the properties.
• Logging issues & escalating them to the management team.
• Working closely with the customer service team.
• Reporting in the customer service manager.
