Job summary
Travel Chapter is seeking a Homeowner Account Manager to nurture relationships and optimise performance for a growing portfolio. The role is home-based with regular travel across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and parts of Shropshire.
You’ll use pricing, occupancy and marketing data to drive commercial outcomes, with 2 travel days per week and property visits, in a 15‑month fixed term contract. A full UK driving licence is required.

- Strong communication with internal teams and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Act as main point of contact for homeowners.
- Review pricing, occupancy and marketing performance to identify opportunities.
- Make data-driven recommendations to maximise commercial performance.
- Ensure descriptions, photography and listings are optimised.
- Communicate insights clearly and support decision-making.
- Monitor trends and KPIs using systems and tools.
- Support retention and growing the portfolio.
- Collaborate with operations, commercial and marketing teams.
