Job summary

Travel Chapter is seeking an experienced Property Operations Team Manager to lead our Property Management teams across Dorset, the Isle of Wight and surrounding areas. This hands-on leadership role involves remote leadership across multiple locations, maintaining high service standards and driving portfolio performance.

You will coach teams, manage stakeholder relationships and support growth while ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leading and managing Property Management teams across Dorset, the Isle of Wight and surrounding regions
• Providing effective remote leadership to teams operating across multiple geographical locations
• Coaching, developing and motivating team members to unlock performance and support their development
• Acting as a senior escalation point for customer complaints and stakeholder concerns, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
• Driving operational performance through the delivery and continuous improvement of key business KPIs
• Supporting the consistent delivery of excellent service across the operational area
• Rolling out operational projects, process changes and improvements across geographically dispersed teams
• Working closely with wider operational and commercial teams to support performance, customer retention and portfolio growth
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and supporting opportunities to expand the portfolio
• Monitoring service standards and ensuring a consistent approach across all locations
• Planning and coordinating operational resources to meet business demand and performance targets
• Ensuring work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety practices
• Regularly travelling throughout the operational area to support teams and business needs
