Job summary

Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking a Homeowner Account Manager to join our regional team on a 15-month fixed term contract. The role is home-based with regular travel across Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and parts of Shropshire.

You will manage a large portfolio of properties and drive performance through pricing, marketing and guest experience. You will visit properties regularly, build strong homeowner relationships, review performance data and provide data-driven recommendations to

Use systems and tools to monitor trends and track KPIs.
