Codi Group is seeking a dedicated full-time Project Worker for a 10-bed Supported Accommodation Service in Merthyr Tydfil. You will work days, evenings, nights and bank holidays on a rolling rota to support residents and help them move towards independent tenancy.

You will join a team that helps people facing homelessness with complex needs, including substance misuse and mental health challenges. A UK driving licence and vehicle access are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant work experience and knowledge of issues relating to vulnerable people is essential.
• For the role it is essential to hold a UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle.
• More important are; A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible, An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people’s lives, A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player, Ability to deal with conflicting and difficult situations.
