Job summary

Codi Group is looking for caring individuals to join our supported living service in Ammanford, Wales. You will help adults with learning disabilities live independently in a six-bedroom home, with a rota that includes days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

You’ll support daily living tasks, community activities and transport, while promoting choice and personal goals in a compassionate, values-driven team. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working as part of a team and with people or customers.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential for this role, as you'll be required to drive mobility vehicles.
• Role open to biologically female applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Support a sociable group to stay active in the community with local transport links nearby.
• Encourage independence through a do-with, not do-for approach and adapt to routines.
• Promote involvement in hobbies and community activities; help with daily living tasks and home maintenance.
• Provide light personal care, prompts and supervision, and medication support.
