Job summary

Codi Group is seeking a part-time Project Worker (Complex Needs Young Persons) to support two services in Ammanford and Llanelli, assisting with goal plans and resettlement options for young people in supported accommodation.

You will liaise with social services and other agencies, promote mental health recovery, and handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. A driving licence and car access are required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role or equivalent training or qualification.
• Experience of working with Young People.
• A passion to work with and enable people to live as independent a life as possible.
• An enthusiasm and passion for making a difference to people’s lives.
• A strong initiative and ability to work alone as well as being a great team player.
• Ability to deal with conflicting and difficult situations and lone work.
