Job summary

Falcon Support Services in Hinckley seeks a Homelessness Project Worker to support residents in semi-independent living, providing housing management and personal development support. You will work with residents to develop individual support plans, liaise with partner agencies, and promote service users’ involvement in education and employment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with homeless and/or vulnerable client groups.
• Experience developing support plans, risk assessments and needs assessments.
• Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection and professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality accommodation, housing management and support to homeless people.
• Empower clients to make positive changes and move towards independent living.
• Develop and implement individual support plans and risk assessments.
• Work with partnership agencies to maximise service delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records and monitor service performance.
